R. Black Global serves as developer, advisor, and investment manager for CdC Resorts — Château de Cabanes, a luxury family resort launching Summer 2026 in southern France. The project is built on a structural innovation: a 24-hour immersive children's program modeled after elite American sleepaway camps. Children sleep in their own cabins with trained counselors while parents reclaim their evenings and mornings. Traditional family resorts see 5–10% return guest rates; elite sleepaway camps exceed 70%. CdC combines both into one property.
